Information you give us
When you join early access, we collect your email address and, if you choose to share it, how you found Memlo. When you contact support, we collect your email address, your message, and the category you selected.
Product data
When the mobile app is connected to the production backend, saved content, collections, profile details, and settings will be stored so Memlo can provide the product. Access controls should keep user libraries private by default.
Analytics
We may use privacy-conscious product analytics to understand page visits, signups, and product usage. Analytics should help us improve Memlo, not create a public profile or advertising audience.
Support email
If you send a report, Memlo may email you a confirmation and follow up about the issue or request.
Deleting data
The mobile app will include delete-account controls. The final backend deletion flow still needs to be implemented before production launch.
